Purpose:

Sind mehrere Geschäftsführer bestellt, wird die Gesellschaft gemeinschaftlich durch zwei Geschäftsführer oder durch einen Geschäftsführer in Gemeinschaft mit einem Prokuristen vertreten. Für Rechtsgeschäfte der Gesellschaft mit oder gegenüber der Lohrmann Riehle Durach Mazars Steuerberatungsgesellschaft GmbH & Co. KG (HRB 736538) sind die Geschäftsführer von den Beschränkungen des § 181 BGB befreit.
