After change: Object of the company is treatment within the framework of outpatient contractual dental care. For this purpose, the company establishes a medical group-like dental care center (hereinafter referred to as MVZ) according to § 95 paragraph 1 Social Code (SGB) Fifth Book. The company will provide dental services through employed dentists or contract physicians, as far as this is permissible according to the legal and professional regulations. The company can also become a legal entity of several MVZ, as far as this is permissible under the laws. Commercial activities, such as e.g. trade or banking, which are not compatible with the profession of a dentist according to the Professional Code for dentists of the competent Dental Chamber, are excluded. The company is entitled to all transactions and measures that appear necessary or useful to achieve the company purpose, including the establishment of branch offices, as far as these are approved by the Association of public health physicians.
