The business of the company is to provide business assistance in tax matters as well as the activities compatible with them pursuant to § 33 in conjunction with § 57 para. 3 StBerG. (2) Activities which are not compatible with the profession of tax advisor, in particular commercial activities pursuant to § 57 para. 4 no. 1 StBerG, such as commercial and bank transactions, are excluded. (3) The company may establish branch offices, provided that the professional prerequisites for this are fulfilled. The head of the branch office must be a tax advisor who has his professional establishment at the place of the branch office or in its vicinity.
