Limited liability company. The articles of association were adopted on 21 June 1990. By a shareholders' resolution of 14 December 1993 the registered office of the company was moved from Göttingen to Dortmund, the company and the subject matter of the company were changed and the corresponding amendment of § § 1 and 2 of the articles of association was adopted. By a further shareholders' resolution of 29 June 1994, the company and § 1 of the articles of association were amended again. The object of the company is interdisciplinary research into the functional relationship of persons working in the health and social sectors with appropriate set-up structures with the aim of optimising the system and utilising the knowledge achieved.
Share capital: 200,000, -- DM. Managing director is Dr. Bernd Flügel, Dortmund. The company has one or more Managing Directors. Each of them represents together with another Managing Director or together with an authorized signatory. If there is only one Managing Director, he alone represents. Individual Managers can be granted exclusive rights of representation. The managing director Dr. Flügel has always exclusive right of representation.
