The object of the Company is the development, manufacture and sale of cooling systems and heat exchangers, pipe cleaning systems and cooling water filters, as well as machines and systems and associated operating equipment, including customer service. The Company may undertake all business transactions and take all measures relating to the object of the Company or suitable for direct or indirect use (including the provision of securities to affiliated companies in accordance with Sections 15 et seq. AktG). In particular, the Company may establish branches, operating facilities and subsidiaries at home and abroad, establish, acquire or participate in such companies and conclude all types of business contracts. The Company may combine companies in which it is involved under its single management or confine itself to the management of the participation. The Company may also outsource its business operations in whole or in part to affiliated companies or affiliated companies.
