Here you’ll find answers to the most common questions about your Premium Membership with CompanyHouse – including payment methods, cancellation terms, and invoice delivery.

We currently offer the following payment methods for your Premium Membership: credit card (Visa, Visa Electron, Mastercard, American Express), Google Pay, Apple Pay, and bank transfer (prepayment). If you pay by credit card, Google Pay, or Apple Pay, your membership will be activated immediately. For bank transfers, activation occurs once payment has been received—usually 1–2 business days after the transfer. All payment methods are free of additional charges.
Your Premium Membership is a subscription that automatically renews for the selected period. You can cancel it at any time, effective at the end of the current term – either directly in your customer account, by emailing info@companyhouse.de, or via our contact form. To ensure timely processing, please make sure to submit your cancellation at least one day before the end of the current paid period.
CompanyHouse offers two types of memberships: The free Basic Membership gives you access to the platform’s core features and is ideal for getting started. The paid Premium Membership provides access to extended features and exclusive content, offering enhanced research capabilities and a more convenient user experience.
CompanyHouse is intended exclusively for business users and is designed to support the development, management, and maintenance of professional relationships. As private use is not permitted, the costs of a Premium Membership can generally be claimed as business expenses or income-related expenses with the German tax authorities. For a binding assessment, please consult your tax advisor.
The invoice is generated immediately after completing your Premium Membership and is available right away in the “Orders” section under “My Account” (top right) > “Orders”. A copy of the invoice is also sent to you by email at the same time.
